What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Edinburgh and cover the city and surrounding areas including Leith, Portobello, Musselburgh, Dalkeith, Corstorphine, Morningside, Stockbridge and more.
Are you available evenings and weekends?

How quickly can you come out?
It depends on availability — sometimes we can be with you the same day, other times a few days’ notice is needed. Contact us and we’ll confirm.
Do you work with businesses as well as homeowners?
Yes — we take on jobs for landlords, estate agents, small businesses and trades as well as domestic customers.

How do I get a quote?
Use the quote request form on this site, or call or email us directly. Describe the job, the address and your preferred timing and we’ll come back to you quickly.
Are your quotes free?
Yes — getting a quote costs nothing and there’s no obligation.
Do you have a minimum charge?

What size van do you use?
Can you move large or awkward items like pianos or gym equipment?
Tell us in advance. We’ll let you know if specialist equipment or extra hands are needed.
Clearances
Do you need to see the property before quoting for a clearance?
For smaller clearances we can usually quote from a description or photos. For larger properties we may want a quick walkthrough first.
Can I keep certain items and have the rest cleared?
Yes — just let us know what stays before the job starts.
Cleaning Services
Can I book a builders clean and clearance together?
Yes — describe the full job when requesting a quote and we’ll price accordingly.
